Laurie Tyler

Laurie Tyler, 46, of Oakwood passed away Friday, April 26, 2019 following a sudden illness.

Memorial services will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 2, 2019 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 4:00 pm. until 5:00 p.m.

Born on August 20, 1972 in Atlanta GA, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Donna Richie Doyal. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Tyler, Jr. and sister, Tina Herrin.

Mrs. Tyler is survived by her son, Wesley Tyler of Locust Grove; brothers, Billy Doyal of Jefferson, Ken Herrin of Jefferson, sister, Charlotte Facciani of Grey, GA; brother, Shane Herrin of Gainesville; sister, Maggie Herrin of Gainesville; sister, Sarah Herrin of Gainesville; sister, Elizabeth Herrin of MI and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
