Robert (Bobby) Eugene Driggers

Memorial Services for Robert (Bobby) Eugene Driggers will be held at 441 Jimmy Reynolds Drive, Jefferson, GA on April 27, 2019.

He passed away peacefully on April 14, 2019 at home with his family by his side.

Bobby was preceded in death by his mother, Eva Lorene Audette; father, George T. Driggers, Sr.; brother, Wayne Murray; father-in-law, Al Stone; brothers-in-law, Lon and John Stone.

Bobby graduated from Lower Richland High School, where he ran track.  He set high school records in the pole vault and high jump.  He enlisted in the U. S. Army and served in Viet Nam and Germany.  Bobby retired as a 1SG from the U. S. Army after 21 years, then he worked for CWC as service manager for 13 years.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Bonnie S. Driggers; sons, Robert (Jennifer), Christopher (Malkeeyah); granddaughters, Neah and Maayan; brothers, Dick (Robin), Tim (Kaye), Tommy (Debbie), Dale Audette; sister, Dee Epps;  mother-in-law, Jean Stone; brothers-in-law, Richard, Rodney and Robert Stone; sister-in-law, June (George) Kimbriel; and numerous nephews and nieces.
