Mrs. Beatrice Judy Westmoreland, age 94, of Cleveland, passed away Friday, April 12, 2019.
Mrs. Westmoreland was born on Christmas Eve 1924 to the late Perry and Jane Nix Winkler. She was preceded in death by parents; husband, Charlie Daniel Westmoreland; sisters, Florence Allison, Myrtle Lunsford, Eunice Anderson, and Gertrude Postell; brothers, Claude Winkler, Marvin Winkler, TJ Winkler, and John Winkler. She was the last remaining sibling of nine children. Also preceding is son-in-law, Ted Miller. Mrs. Westmoreland was employed by Ames Textile in a Woolen Mill during her career.
Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Joyce Ann and Linzy Helton, Cleveland; daughter, Janie Miller, Cleveland; son, Randal Westmoreland, Cleveland; grandchildren, Scott Helton, Cleveland, Trina Butler, Cleveland, Sherry Payne, Cleveland, Tod Miller, Homer, Rhonda Turk, Cleveland, Doris Winkler, Cleveland, and Daniel Westmoreland, Cleveland; great-grandchildren, Danielle Lee and Dusty Butler, Chance and Cody Miller, Levi Seymour, Dawson Miller, Kelly Helton, Logan Helton, Amanda Conner, Levi and Sabrina Turk, and Dalton Winkler; great-great-grandchildren, Camila, Greyson, Bryson, and Olivia; and many other relatives.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 PM Sunday, April 14, 2019 from the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Wayne Turk and Rev. Gary Heffner will officiate. Interment will follow in Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 12 Noon-2 PM prior to the service on Sunday at the funeral home.
