Tammy Cochran

Tammy Cochran, age 45, of Winder, GA passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2019. She was preceded in death by father, Phillip E. Cochran. Ms. Cochran is survived by mother, Louise Hayes, Winder, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Robbie and Jesse Payne, Winder; niece, Emylie Powers, Winder; nephews, Jesse Powers and Matthew Powers, both of Winder; several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Ms. Cochran was born on May 1, 1973 in Atlanta, GA. She was a 1993 graduate of Lincoln County High School, and she had worked for B P Oil Company for a number of years. Ms. Cochran was a member of Midway United Methodist Church in Auburn, GA. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 30, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Friday, March 29 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
