Antonio Vargas

Mr. Antonio Vargas age 90 of Gainesville passed away on Thursday March 28, 2019 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, Ga.

Memorial services are scheduled for Friday March 29, 2019 at 3:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. 

Mr. Vargas was born on June 13, 1928 in Toa Alta, Puerto Rico. He was retired from General Electric in Puerto Rico, as a Delivery Driver. He is preceded in death by his parents.

Antonio is survived by his wife, Brigida Quijano of Gainesville, daughter and son-in-law, Maria Elicier (Jose) of Gainesville, daughter, Noemi Vargas of Canovanas, Puerto Rico, son, Luis Vargas of Gainesville, daughter, Carmen Iris Vargas of Carolina, Puerto Rico, daughter, Sara Vargas of Carolina, Puerto Rico, 11 grandchildren, a number of great grandchildren and great great-grandchildren, and 5 siblings.

Memorial Park Funeral Home, 2030 Memorial Park Road, Gainesville, GA  30504 is in charge of arrangements.
