Jamey Edmondson,45, of Dahlonega, Georgia passed away on March 16, 2019. He was a loving husband and father. Jamey loved his girls, motorcycles, Formula 1 Racing and candy. He was very passionate about his work in the prosthetic field. Due to his unique perspective, he was able to enrich and improve countless lives. From the physical construction of limbs to working on ADA compliance issues and further reaching in to volunteerism. Jamey’s passion for his craft and the people it helped was evident.
Jamey is survived by his loving wife, Cindy Edmondson; children McKenna and Chaney all of Dahlonega, Georgia; father and step mother Don and Pam Edmondson of Commerce, Georgia, mother Jere Edmondson of Lawrenceville, Georgia; mother-in-law Sheryl Webb of Hoschton, Georgia, father-in-law Earl Hudson of Samson, Alabama. Jamey is also survived by his maternal grandmother Hazel Cofer of Lawrenceville, Georgia and by sister and brother-in-law Amy and Bill McGuire of Gainesville, Georgia. He had two nephews Conner McGuire and Noah Webb and one niece Molly McGuire. He is preceded in death by his sisters Denise and Sherry Elliott of Commerce, GA. The family will have a Celebration of Life Memorial Visitation Friday, March 22 from 4 to 8PM at the funeral home.
