Mr. Phillip Jessie Leopard, age 67, of Ellen Court in Toccoa, Ga., passed away Thursday, March 14, 2019 at the home.
A son of the late Bobbie Joe Leopard and Noah Westmoreland, he was born January 01, 1952 in Stephens County, Ga. where he has lived all of his life. Mr. Leopard was a general contractor and was owner and operator of Leopard Construction Company for over forty years. He was of the Christian faith and enjoyed fishing in his spare time.
He is survived by two daughters, Tony Hawkins and her fiancé, Ryan Bohannon and Deanna and Robert Scott all of Toccoa, a son and daughter-in-law, Shawn and Brittany Westmoreland of Toccoa, six grandchildren, Selena Hawkins, Seth Hawkins, Noah Bohannon, Trinity Bohannon, Dalton Thomas, and Dylan Thomas, one great grandchild, Raleigh Hawkins, and by a sister, Terry Kelly of Orlando, Florida.
The immediate family is having a private memorial service, celebrating the life of Mr. Phillip Leopard at a later date.
