Jeffery Shannon Etris

Mr. Jeffery Shannon Etris, age 40, of Cleveland, GA, passed away Thursday, March 14, 2019.

Mr. Etris was born in Gainesville to Don Etris and Joyce Armour. He was of the Baptist Faith and was a loving and devoted father who cared dearly for his children.

Jeffery is preceded in death his brother, Christopher Etris and sister, Angela Etris.

He is survived by his wife, April “Shia” Etris of Dawsonville, his children Harmony Etris, Jeremiah Etris, Elijah Etris of Cleveland, Destiny Sullens, and Charity Hunter of Dawsonville; grandson, Danny Hunter; his mother Joyce Armour of Cleveland, father and step-mother, Don and Evelyn Etris of Dahlonega, as well as his sisters and brothers in-law, Jennifer and Jeff Hamby of Cleveland, Joni Etris of Murrayville, Jessica and Scott Payne of Rock Springs, and Donna and Chuck Stowers of Lula, brother-in-law, Aaron Abercrombie, Dawsonville.

The family will receive friends from 2-4 PM Monday, March 18, 2019 at Barrett Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at The Barrett Funeral Home Chapel at 4:00 PM Monday, March 18, 2019 with the Rev. Allen Webb officiating. Interment will follow in Town Creek Baptist Church Cemetery
