Sherrel Lane Hendricks

Sherrel Lane Hendricks, age 75, of Lilburn, GA, passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2019. Sherrel was born in Columbus, GA, in 1944, to the late George and Velma Hendricks. He was a United States Army veteran. Sherrel was a member of Soul Harbor Motorcycle Ministry and the Salvation Army Church. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters, Alice Armstrong and Ruth Blanchard.

Sherrel is survived by his wife of 50 years, Evelyn Hendricks; daughter, Angela Hendricks; sisters, Mary Sue (Neal) Holliker, and Wanda (Keith) Hawkins; brother-in-law, Alfard (Duke) Blanchard; along with several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Mr. Hendricks will be held Saturday, March 16, 2019 in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home in Cumming, GA, with Lt. Antwann Yocum officiating. Interment will follow at Haw Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Cumming, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of service.
