Larry Wilson Whitlock

Larry Wilson Whitlock, age 78 of Buford, GA, died Wednesday, March 13, 2019 after a sudden illness. A graveside service will be held Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 3 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens. Rev. Ron Whitlock will officiate. The family will receive friends Saturday, March 16, 2019 from 1-3 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the Alzheimer’s Association (alz.org) in memory of Larry. Larry is survived by his wife, Helen Whitlock, Buford; sons, Wilson Whitlock and wife Robin, Braselton, Timothy Whitlock, Buford; grandchildren, Heather Whitlock, Jeremy Whitlock; brother, Ron Whitlock and wife Eileen, Senoia, GA. Larry was born in Peachtree City, GA and was a lifelong resident of the metro Atlanta area. He served in the Army National Guard and Air Force National Guard and retired as a warehouse technician with Pfister. Larry loved gardening, especially growing tomatoes.
