William James “Bill” Bent

William James “Bill” Bent died on March 9, 2019 in Buford, GA at the age of 87.

Bill is survived by his wife, Dottie of GA, daughters, Cheri Fagalde, Susie Thier and Michelle Pizzo of CA, step-daughter, Beth Knowles, and step-son,s Robby and Leigh Knowles of GA.

He was adored by his grandchildren, Rudy, Phillip, Adam, Michelle, Rebecca, Hali and Jackie, and also had five great grandchildren, Phillip Jr, Angel, Jordan, Carter and Hazel.

He is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.

Bill was born on Oct 8, 1931 in Albany, New York and served his country in the United States Navy.

He met Dottie in 1987 and they were married in 1992. After residing in Georgia, Virginia, Colorado, and South Carolina; they moved to Buford, GA in 2012, where Bill lovingly cared for Dottie and maintained his yard until his death.
