Mary "Ann" Watkins

Mrs. Mary “Ann” Watkins, age 51, of Hoschton, Georgia passed away Thursday, March 7, 2019 at her residence, surrounded by her family.

Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 9, 2019 at Christ Place Church with interment following at Memorial Park South Cemetery.  Pastor Jeff Crook will officiate.  The family will receive friends 10:00 – 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 9, 2019 at the church.

Mrs. Watkins was born May 8, 1967 to Brenda Blalock Minor and the late Clyde Minor, Jr. in Burlington, North Carolina.  She was a member of Christ Place Church, where she was a member of Jim Wallace Bible Fellowship Class and the Christ Place Choir.  Mrs. Watkins was also employed at Christ Place Church as a Barista and volunteered with the seniors citizens.

Mrs. Watkins is survived by her husband, Travis Watkins of Hoschton; children, Jason Lee Watkins of Hoschton, Jaicee Daniel Watkins of Hoschton and Trevor Reid Watkins of Raleigh, North Carolina; mother, Brenda Minor of Burlington, North Carolina; brother & sister-in-law, Bobby Lee & Janci Stout Minor of Graham, North Carolina; mother-in-law,  Shirley Watkins of Gibsonville, North Carolina; niece, Jessica Grey Minor; and nephews, Bradly Caison Minor, Brycen Grant Minor, Kolby Angelo Watkins and Carter Mars Watkins.  She was preceded in death by her father, Clyde Minor, Jr. and father-in-law, Jimmy Clayton Watkins.
