Noah Lawson Newkirk

Noah Lawson Newkirk, age 15 months of Highway 184, Toccoa passed away Saturday, March 3, 2019 at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.

A son of Joseph and Rachel Lawson Newkirk, he was born November 12, 2017 in Clarke County, Georgia having lived in Stephens County all his life.

Survivors include his parents, Joseph and Rachel Lawson Newkirk of Toccoa; twin brother, Elijah Newkirk of the home; grandparents, Butch and Sheryl Newkirk and Bob and Marie Lawson all of Toccoa; aunts, Beth Thomas and husband Jason of Carnesville, Becky Bowman and husband Brian of Cleveland, Georgia, Misti Higgins and husband Chris of Toccoa and Candi Ostrander and husband Dana of Lula, Georgia; a number of cousins.

Funeral services will be Thursday, March 7, 2019, 1 O’clock p.m. at The Pointe Church with The Reverend Chad Smith officiating. Pallbearers will be Chris Higgins, Jax Higgins, Jason Thomas, Will Thomas, Brian Bowman and Wyatt Bowman.

The family will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Wednesday, 6 p.m. until 8 p.m.

Interment will follow in the Roselane Cemetery with the Acree-Davis Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements for Infant Noah Lawson Newkirk.
