Joyce Elaine Fowler, age 74 of Braselton passed away Sunday, March 3, 2019.  Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at Lawson Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Bill Compton will be officiating.
