R.L. Pruitt

R.L. Pruitt, 76 of Commerce, Ga. passed away Wednesday February 20, 2019.

Mr. Pruitt was born February 7, 1943 in White County, he was the son of the late Riley and Era Gilleland Pruitt.  He was preceded in death by a daughter, Andrea Pruitt, sisters, Mary Lou Fallscher, Jean Thomas, Cora Grizzle and brother, Roy Lee Pruitt.

Mr. Pruitt was a veteran of the United States Army, and was retired from Aramark.

Survivors include his sister and brother-in-law, Evelyn and Bud Thomas, Cumming.  Cindy Moses, Angela and Jason Sosebee, Kristi Moses, Brian and Sophia Moses, Daniel Moses, Kristin and Brian Sohl, Ryan Pruitt, Angela Prunty, Doug Pruitt, Dustin, Dustin Pruitt, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

At the request of Mr. Pruitt, his remains will be cremated with no formal services to be held, but a visitation will be held at Little & Davenport Funeral Home Thursday February 28, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
