Gail Bennett Duran

Gail Bennett Duran, age 66, of Flowery Branch, GA passed away on Tuesday, February 19, 2019. She was preceded in death by her father, J. C. Bennett; mother, Ruth Hughes Martin; and husband, George Duran. She is survived by her son, Jason Cropper, Winder, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Carrie and Denny Stone, Boone, KY; six grandchildren, Logan Cropper, Brooklyn Cropper, Ansley Stone, Jacob Stone, Cohen Stone and Kailey Stone; aunt, Bonnis Bennett, Flowery Branch, GA; uncle and aunt, Ottics and Elise Bennett, Flowery Branch, GA; and several cousins. Gail Bennett Duran was born December 11, 1952 in Atlanta, GA. She was a graduate of Buford High School in Buford, GA. She had worked for Georgia Boot Company in Flowery Branch, GA and Peachtree Doors in Norcross, GA. She was a member of Mt. Salem Baptist Church in Flowery Branch, GA. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 3, 2019 in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, March 3, 2019 from 2:30 p.m. until time of service at 3:30 p.m.
