Jayne Ann DeMore, age 68, Baldwin, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.
Ms. DeMore was born on December 22, 1950 in Stephens County, Georgia to the late Bill Chastain and Annie Ruth McDuffie Nations. She was a member of Baldwin Baptist Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Ginger DeMore and Gene, of Baldwin; son and daughter-in-law, Trent and Tracy DeMore, of Mt. Airy; grandchildren, Peyton, Chan, Anna, Katie, and Joshua.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:30 a.m., Monday, February 18, 2019 at Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel with Rev. Terry Rice and Dr. Brian James officiating. Interment will follow in Level Grove Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Sunday, February 17, 2019 at the funeral home.
