Paula Catherine “Cathy” Erickson

Mrs. Paula Catherine “Cathy” Erickson, 69, of Gainesville passed away Friday, February 8, 2019.

Born on March 18, 1949 in Tyler, Texas, she was the daughter of the late Walter Appel and Billie Dean Hughes Ruiz. Mrs. Erickson was a marketing coordinator for AIG Harford Steam-Boiler and was a member at Gainesville 1^st United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Erickson is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Jim Erickson of Gainesville, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Gencie and Michael Ball of Baxley, GA; son and daughter-in-law, Darby and Charolotte Mullen of Athens, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Carisa and Michael Jackson of Plano, TX; as well as 4 grandchildren.
