Taylor Scott Grimsley

Taylor Scott Grimsley, 22, of Alpharetta, formerly of Toccoa, GA passed away Saturday, January 26, 2019.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 2, 2019 in the chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, February 1, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. until the service hour.

Born on March 27, 1996 in Gainesville Taylor was a mechanic and of the Baptist faith. Taylor loved the outdoors, hiking, spending time at the lake and visiting the mountains.
Taylor is preceded in death by his grandparents, Dennis and Hannah Rice, Charles and Ruby Grimsley and Roger Charles Gaze and cousin, Bailey Owen Miller.

Taylor is survived by his mother and dad, Wendy and Brian Gaze of Alpharetta, father, Chuck Grimsley of Toccoa; sisters, Victoria and Nolan Collier of Cumming, Brittany and Stuart Prince of Braselton; brother, Kyle Gaze of Orlando, FL, sister, Ashley Gaze of Boca Raton, FL; grandmother, Sally May Gaze of Pretoria, South Africa; “uncle Tot’s” niece and nephew, Scarlett and William Collier; one Hershey Girl (dog) of the home; great uncle, Jack Rice of Hallandale,FL; great aunt, Kim and Charles Brumback of Orlando, great aunt, Penny May Philip of Johannesburg, South Africa; aunts, Marilynn and Hugh Williams, Adria Savage, Amby Savage, Trish and Bill Davis, Cheryl and Chris Kleinhentz; uncles, Denny and Ann Rice, Louis and Katie Venture; loving girlfriend, Chelsea Larsen of Monterey Bay, CA and many cousins and friends.
