Joyce Juanita Huffman Allison

Joyce Juanita Huffman Allison, 90, of Gainesville passed away Saturday, January 26, 2019 at her residence.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Christ Lutheran Church in Oakwood. Pastor Andy Seibert will officiate. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Friday, February 1, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Born on August 5, 1928 in Columbus, MS, she was the daughter of the late Johnnie Lee and Louise Morton Huffman. She was retired from Allison Optician and was a member of Christ Lutheran Church. Joyce and Delma were very involved in several square dance clubs in Atlanta and North Georgia.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Allison is preceded in death by her husband, James Delma Allison and daughter, Scarlett A Luke.

Mrs. Allison is survived by her daughter and son in law, Darlene and Mike Random of Gainesville; granddaughter and husband, Tammy and Jeffrey Reed of Ballground; grandson and wife, Jody and Jordan Random of Gainesville; great-grandchildren, Ariel Reed, Aurora Reed, Liam Random, Ella Random, Aubrey Random, Elise Random; sister, Wilda Morgan of Cumming and a number of other relatives.
