Bobby Stanley Dunagan

Mr. Bobby Stanley Dunagan, 80 of Gainesville passed away January 22, 2019 at his residence following a sudden illness.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 26, 2019 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Taylor officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, January 25, 2019 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Born on July 9, 1938 in Buford, GA he was the son of the late Hubert Earl and Frances Head Dunagan. He was the retired owner and operator of Golden Pig BBQ and was a member of Flat Creek Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Dunagan is preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Stokes Dunagan; son, Stanley Dunagan and brother, Doug Dunagan.

Mr. Dunagan is survived by his son and daughter in law, Andy and Katie Dunagan of Atlanta; grandson, Colton Dunagan of Atlanta; granddaughter, Quinn Dunagan of Atlanta; daughter and son in law, Heather and Joey Duncan of Flowery Branch; grandson, Payton Dunagan of Flowery Branch; sister, Roberta D. Bryan of Gainesville and a number of nieces and nephews.
