Sylvia Olson

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Ward’s Funeral Home for Sylvia I. Olson, 82, of
Gainesville. Rev. Phillip Wehunt will officiate. Interment will follow in Rock Hill Holiness Congregational Church Cemetery. Mrs. Olson
passed away January 19, 2019.

A native of Hall County, Mrs. Olson was the daughter of the late Van E. and Emma I. (Armour) Lomax. She was also preceded in death by her
son, Henry Stovall.

Other survivors include daughter and son in law, Sheria and Frank O’Brien; son and daughter in law, Maylon and Nancy Mayfield; daughter,
Sandy Mayfield; grandchildren, Halie Shope, Travis Carter, Malachi Mayfield and Matthew Mayfield.
