Mrs. Glenda Jo Hunt, age 57 of Cleveland, passed away Saturday, January 19, 2019.
Glenda was born in Glendale, California to Charles and Kathleen Cloer and lived most of her adult life in Cleveland. She was employed with the White County Library for 26 years as a librarian and was a member of Mt. View Baptist Church.
Mrs. Hunt is preceded in death by her nephew, Shay Dustin Hunt.
Survivors include her husband Ricky Hunt; daughter and son-in-law, Andrea and George Evans; grandchildren, Riley Swafford, Saylor Swafford; mother, Kathleen Cloer; father and step-mother, Charlie and Linda Cloer, all of Cleveland; sisters Carol Franks, Cleveland; Christy Wilcox of Mt. Airy; step brother, Corey Hyde; father-in-law Donald Hunt; brother-in-law Paul Hunt, both of Cleveland; father of her grandchildren, Nathaniel Swafford.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M Monday, January 21, 2019 at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Dave Fortner and Rev. Michael Seabolt will officiate. Interment will follow at the Mt. View Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. at Barrett Funeral Home.
