Doris Evelyn Wehunt

Doris Evelyn Wehunt, age 90, of Gainesville, Georgia passed away Tuesday, January 15, 2019. Funeral service will be 3PM Friday, January 18, 2019 at New Hope United Methodist Church, Gainesville, GA. Mrs. Wehunt loved tilling the earth with her hands thru gardening.  She is preceded in death by her husband of 59 years John A. “Junior” Wehunt; brothers LeRoy Price, Wayne Price; and son-in-law Marvin Luke Bruce. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law Linda Austin, of Gainesville, Georgia; Marilyn Bruce, of Flowery Branch, Georgia; Rev. Carolyn and Rev. Lester Bruce, of Dawsonville, Georgia; son Donald Wehunt, of Gainesville, Georgia; grandchildren Matt Wehunt, Crystal Bruce Wofford and husband Josh Wofford; Steven Mace and great grandchildren also survive.
