Loreto Martinez Madrigal

Mr. Loreto Martinez Madrigal, age 92, of Oakwood passed away Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center – Gainesville, surrounded by his family.

Funeral Services will be 1:00 p.m., Friday, January 18, 2019 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church with interment following at Memorial Park South Cemetery.  Father Branson Hipp will officiate.  The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Thursday, January 17, 2019 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.

Mr. Madrigal was born August 27, 1926 to the late Loreto Madrigal & Esaura Martinez in Tamazula, Jalisco, Mexico.  He attended Prince of Peace Catholic Church.

Mr. Madrigal is survived by his daughters, Clemencia Madrigal and Ofelia Madrigal; 10 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; 1 brother; 1 sister; and several nieces & nephews.  He was preceded in death by his wife in 2000, Augustina Silva; parents; and several brothers & sisters.
