Nancy Slack Cochran

Nancy Slack Cochran, age 75 of Dacula, GA, died Thursday, January 3, 2019 after an extended illness. A memorial service will be held Thursday, January 10, 2019 at 3 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Chaplin Jennifer Hornbuckle will officiate. Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, James Michael Cochran, Sr. and her brother, Stuart Slack, Jr. She is survived by her children, Julie Shamp and husband Michael, Warrington, PA, Michael Cochran, Jr. and wife Terese, Brandon, MS, Jeff Cochran and wife Kelly, Dacula, GA; grandchildren, Christine Shamp, Taylor Cochran, Kallie Cochran, Stephanie Shamp, Stuart Cochran, Rebecca Shamp, Paxton Cochran, Chase Cochran, Cameron Cochran; great grandchildren, Ryder Cochran, Oxford Minella, Hayes Cochran, Liana Parades Shamp; sister, Cindy Leslie, Riverside, CA. Nancy was born in Detroit, MI and had resided in the metro Atlanta area for over 20 years. She retired as Salon Manager from Dillard’s Department Store and attended Hamilton Mill United Methodist Church.
