Carol Ann Mayfield

Carol Ann Mayfield, age 61, formerly of Flowery Branch, GA passed away Wednesday, January 2, 2019.

She was a loving daughter, sister, and aunt who lived life to the fullest.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Ruby Mayfield; and brothers, Lamar and Larry Mayfield.

She is survived by sisters, Dorothy Mayfield, Elaine Brooks, and Cathy Johnston; brother and sister-in-law, Bobby H. and Judith Mayfield; and sister-in-law, Pam Mayfield. Many nieces, nephews, and friends also survive.

A Celebration of Life Service is scheduled for 1:00 PM Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at Hillside Chapel Funeral Home in Gainesville, GA.

Pastor Keith Phagan will officiate.

The family will receive friends at Hillside Chapel Funeral Home from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Tuesday, January 8, 2019.
