Roy Samuel Gardiner

Roy Samuel Gardiner, age 82 of Lula, GA passed away Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2019.

Born on Sept. 5, 1936 in Maysville, GA, he was the son of the late Morris and Ada Parker Gardiner. He was a machine operator with Johnson & Johnson, was a military veteran, and is preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Banks.

Survivors include his wife, Marie Parks Gardiner of the residence; sons, Greg Gardiner, Maysville, Chris Gardiner, Maysville; sister, Patsy Smith, Maysville; grandchild, Amy Burchett, Maysville; great-grandchild, Easton Burchett; and a niece, Shannon Campbell, Maysville.

Graveside services will be held 11 am Saturday, Jan. 5, 2018 at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, Lula, GA with the Rev. Phil Parks officiating.
