Mrs. Dorothy Louise Cochran Davidson, age 89 of Maysville died Monday, December 31, 2018 at her residence. Mrs. Davidson was born in Maysville to the late, Obe and Rilla Pritchett Cochran. Mrs. Davidson was retired from Decatur Federal where she was a loan originator and was a member of Grove Level Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Davidson was also preceded in death by her husband, Minor E. Davidson and son, Larry Davidson.
Mrs. Davidson is survived by her daughter, Janet Louise Davidson of Maysville; sons, Troy Eugene Davidson (Cindy) of Brooks, GA and Joseph Kelvin Davidson (Michelle) of Gainesville; sister, Faye Cochran Kennedy (Jay) of Cornelia; seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held Thursday, Jan. 3rd at 1:00 PM from the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Manus officiating with the interment following at Sunrise Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 11AM-1PM.
