James Edward Ferguson, Jr.

James Edward “Ed” Ferguson, Jr., age 70 of Gainesville, passed away on December 25, 2018.

A memorial reception will be held on Saturday, January 5, 2018 from 4:00-6:00pm at Chattahoochee Country Club. The family will receive friends from 1:30-3:30pm on Saturday, January 5, 2018 at Memorial Park North Riverside Chapel.

Ed was preceded in death by his parents James and Ada Dean Ferguson. He is survived by his sister Mary Frances Ferguson; brother in law Dr. James Leigh; nephews James III and wife Mollie, E. Vantrease and wife Katherine; great nephews and great niece James IV, Mary Lillian, Edward Jr., Wallace and Elliot Leigh.

During his extended illness, Ed was the recipient of many kindnesses great and small. His life was continuously enriched. He and his family are grateful everyone one of these generous people, Thank you.
