Jeanne Loda, age 77, of Cumming, Georgia and long time resident of Seymour, Connecticut, passed away peacefully at her home Thursday, December 20, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Loda is survived by her husband of 25 years Frank Loda; daughters and sons-in-law Suzanne and Stephen Winoski, of Meriden, Connecticut; Kelly Anne and Christopher Cervellino, of Seymour, Connecticut; son and daughter-in-law Keith and Kim Tompkins, of Athens, Ohio. She was a devoted grandma to numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Jeanne was passionate in Seymour local politics and served on the boards of finance and education for many years. She also proudly served as the director of cheerleaders for Seymour Pop Warner for 10 years. Jeanne was actively involved in and volunteered at Lorraine Judd Dance Studio as an avid stage mom and the number one fan for decades. Her other favorite pastimes included shopping and spending time with family and friends.
She will be immensely missed by all who knew her.
