Ruby Nell Reed Fulbright

Mrs. Ruby Nell Reed Fulbright, age 96, of Nancy Street, Toccoa passed away Sunday, December 23, 2018 at Pruitt Health Toccoa.

A daughter of the late Earl and Hallie Brown Reed, she was born April 19, 1922 in Franklin County., Georgia having lived most of her life in Stephens County. She owned and operated Ruby’s Beauty Shop in Toccoa for many years. She was a member of St. James United Methodist Church and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Stephens County Hospital. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Pete Fulbright in 1990.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Dennis and Cathy Fulbright of Cleveland, South Carolina; grandchildren, Grant and Gabriela Fulbright, Amy Fulbright and Reed Fulbright; great-grandchild, Reef; brother and sister-in-law, Virgil and Jane Reed of Citrus Springs, Florida; sisters-in-law, Lillian Reed and Joyce Reed.

Funeral services will be Thursday, December 27, 2018, 2 o’clock p.m. in the Hillcrest Chapel of the Acree-Davis Funeral Home with The Reverend Walton McNeal officiating. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearer, Don Reed, Wayne Bennett, Greg Bennett, Tommy Reed, Dennis Brawner, Marvin Fulbright and Heinner Mourillo.

The family will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Thursday, December 27, 2018 from noon until the service time. Online condolences can be left for the family at www.acree-davisfh.com.

Interment will follow in the Stephens Memorial Gardens with the Acree-Davis Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements for Mrs. Ruby Nell Reed Fulbright.
