Marvin Neil Prosser, Jr., 56 of Lula passed away December 8, 2018 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

Born on May 3, 1962 in Dallas, TX he was the son Marvin and Karen Enloe Prosser. He was a truck driver and of the Baptist faith.

Mr. Prosser is preceded in death by his brother, William Prosser. He is survived by his parent Marvin and Karen Prosser.
