Laura Virginia Beasley Ramey, age 67 of Alto, passed away on Thursday, December 20, 2018.
Born on August 20, 1951, in Clayton, Georgia, she was a daughter of the late Lee Andrew and Virginia Belle Beasley Justus. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Mickey Justus; ex-husband, William Earl Ramey, Sr; son-in-law, Tim Elmore.
Survivors include sons, Robert Allen Whitworth of Alto and Bobby Thomas of Demorest; daughters and son-in-law, Jenny and Aaron Lewis of San Angelo, Texas and Jennifer Elmore of Hoschton; brother and sister-in-law, Gary and LeAnn Justus of Clayton; sisters and brothers-in-law, Frankie and John Gibson of Hartwell, Vera and Glen Lawrence of Rabun County, and Janell Andy Gragg of the Flat Creek Community, Rabun County; grandchildren, Justin Wade, Amber Gulley, Jonathan Fortner, Brandon McConnell and Robin Whitworth; great grandchild, Harley Dailey; numerous other relatives and friends.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
