Max Lee Crocker

Max Lee Crocker, age 69, of Alto, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, December 18, 2018.

Mr. Crocker was born on December 16, 1949 to the late Castow Doc and Gladis Wade Crocker. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, James Moody; sister, Patricia Gibson; brother, James Crocker. Mr. Crocker was retired from Fieldale with 43 years of dedicated service. Mr. Crocker was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.

Survivors include his loving wife of 48 years, Evelyn Moody Crocker, of Alto; daughter and son-in-law, Sonia and Lynn Simmons , of Alto; daughter, Rhonda Henson, of Alto; son, Danny and Teresa Henson, of Cornelia; sister, Brenda Arrowood, of Alto; sister and brother-in-law, Denise and Verlon Simmons , of Banks County; brothers and sisters-in-law, Donald and Evelyn Crocker, of Seneca, SC; Morgan and Eve Crocker, of Pennsylvania; Dennis Crocker, of Cornelia; grandchildren, Jodie, Andie, Amanda, Casey, Heather, Rylan, Dana, Evan, Maria; great-grandchildren, Walker, Hayden, Hailey, Adalyn, Maddox, Baylie, and Averie; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Friday, December 21, 2018 at Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel with Rev. Tracey Davidson officiating. Interment will follow in Yonah Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, December 20, 2018 at the funeral home.

The following gentlemen will serve as casket bearers: J.D. Crocker, Casey Simmons, Rylan Moody, Evan Moody, Ben Heimberger, Kevin Bochat, Josh Baker, and Chad Ellis.
