Helen Bagley Morrison

Helen Bagley Morrison, age 89, of Doraville, GA passed away Wednesday, December 12, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband of sixty-seven years, Stephen Morrison, Sr.  Mrs. Morrison is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Stephen, Jr. and Patricia Morrison, Marietta, GA; grandchildren, Stephen “Trey” Morrison, III, Margaret “Meg” Morrison, Molly Morrison, Madeline “Maddie” Morrison; brother and sister-in-law, Maron and Sarah Bagley, Buford, GA; nieces, Theresa Watts, Lisa Hunter, Cindy Hunter and families; nephew, Harry Hammond and family; and several beloved cousins. Mrs. Morrison was born on November 12, 1929 in Sugar Hill, GA. She was a graduate of Sugar Hill High School, and she was a homemaker. Mrs. Morrison was a member of Rehoboth Baptist Church in Tucker and also of N. E. Baptist Church in Atlanta. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Sugar Hill Cemetery, West Broad St, Sugar Hill, GA. The family will receive friends on Friday, December 14 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Flowers are accepted or donations may be made to the Susan B. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
