Infant Jacklyn Estelle Denise Tolbert passed away Friday, December 7, 2018.

Graveside Services will be 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at Memorial Park South Cemetery.  Rev. Bobby Brown will officiate.  The family will receive friends 2:00 – 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.

Jacklyn is survived by her parents, Bryan & Kelly Diane Tolbert; sisters, Barbara Tolbert, Kendal Tolbert and Halie Tolbert; grandparents,  Celeste & Charley Tatum and Jackie & Crystal McClure; great-grandma, Rachel Ivestor McClure; grandma, Kay Porter; great-grandma, Dorthy Tatum and Lavern Porter; great-grandpa, Jack Porter, great-grandpa, Clyde Jackie McClure; aunts, Michelle Jones and Amanda Charlton; uncles, Michael Jones, Cody Tatum and John Tatum; cousins, McKenzy Jones, Micah Jones, Macy Jones, Mary Lizabeth Jones and Hunter Charlton.  She was preceded in death by great-grandparents, Barbara & Charles Hall, Kenneth Tolbert, Estelle Dolores Shuler and Randall Tolbert.
