Ms. Parker was born August 17, 1978 in White County to James and Shirley Sullens.

Survivors include her parents, James and Shirley Sullens, Dahlonega; brother and sister-in-law, Lewis and Patty Sullens, Dahlonega; brother, David Sullens, Dahlonega.
