Jeffrey L. Hafley

Mr. Jeffrey L. Hafley age 33 of Gainesville passed away on Thursday November 22, 2018 at his residence following a sudden illness.

Memorial services will be scheduled at a later date.

Jeffrey was born on December 19, 1984 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Jackie Hafley and Mona Green Hafley. He worked for Quest Diagnostic where he served as a Logistics Supervisor, and he was a member of The Highlands UMC in Gainesville. He is preceded in death by his father, and grand-mother, Maudie Green.

Mr. Hafley is survived by his mother, Mona Hafley of Wilmington, Ohio, twin sister and fiancé, Jennifer Hafley (Andrew Gale) of Wilmington, Ohio, uncle, Charlie Green of Gainesville, and niece, Alexis Gale of Wilmington, Ohio.
