Allen Craig Willard

Allen Craig Willard, Jr, age 26, of Suwanee, GA passed away Tuesday, November 20, 2018.

He was preceded in death by grandmother, Avaligth Howard; great grandparents, Thomas and Viola Stowe; great grandparents, Kelly and Lucille Willard and Lyndall and Ethel Patterson. Mr. Willard is survived by his parents, Craig and Teresa Stowe Willard, Suwanee, GA; sister, Jessika Willard; twin brothers, Collin Willard and Kelly Willard; maternal grandparents, Horace and Gay Stowe, Buford; paternal grandfather, Jimmy and Sherry Willard, Hoschton; maternal grandfather, Steve Howard, Gainesville; beloved uncles and aunts, Wayne and Kim Willard, Buford, Tony and Sharon Stowe, Loganville, Lisa and Tom Cross, Sugar Hill, Chris and Marissa Willard, Buford; beloved cousins, Dylan and Kalynn Stowe, Flowery Branch, Brittany and Nathan Martin, Buford, Meghan and Alex Cross, Sugar Hill, and Lanie and Blake Stowe, Loganville; special cousins, Kayne Martin, Zoey Simmons, Tucker Stowe, and Griffin Stowe. Allen Willard was born on January 27, 1992 in Gainesville, GA. He was a 2010 graduate of Collins Hill High School where he was on the varsity wrestling team that went on to be nationally ranked all four years. He studied at Georgia Gwinnett College and he served in the National Guard. Mr. Willard was a veteran of the U. S. Army for six years and he did a tour of duty in Afghanistan.

He was currently employed part time with Willard Wrecker Service in Buford, GA. Allen was loved and treated his special cousins like his own children. Mr. Willard attended Buford Church of God and he was a member of Gravel Springs Baptist Church in Buford.

The funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 25, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. at the Buford Church of God with Pastor Joey Grizzle officiating. Interment with military honors will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens in Buford. The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 24 from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Flanigan Funeral Home.
