Norman Augustus Bell, Jr

Norman Augustus Bell, Jr.  Age 81, went to be with our Lord on Monday Nov. 19, 2018. Born in Lumpkin Co. to the late Norman Sr. and Kate Bell, December 10, 1936. Norman (Junior) loved to sing and was in several gospel singing groups in his life. His love for the Lord even though ill was evident as he said he looked forward to leaving this world.  He could always be found tinkering with a lawn mower, car or tractor.  His infectious laugh will always be remembered.

Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Marjorie Sue, and sisters Gloria Sorrell and Frances Ayers.

He is survived by his sons; Raymond (Joyce), Ronnie (Brenda), Ricky (Christy) Russell (Karen) and Robbie (Hannah).  Daughter; Rhonda Crawford (Joshua), 7 granddaughters, 2 grandsons and 5 great grandchildren.  Sisters; Marie McCallister, Marlene (Jim) Gable, Alice (Tommy) Watkins, Brother Doug. Visitation will be from 5-9 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2018 at Dahlonega Funeral

Home.  The funeral service will be Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2018 at 12:00 in the chapel of the funeral home.  Graveside service to follow at Wahoo Baptist Church cemetery.  Paul Hunter officiating.
