Joyce Mosteller, age 75 of Dacula, GA, died Saturday, November 17, 2018 after a brief illness. Mrs. Mosteller has been cremated and no services are planned at this time. She is survived by her children, Sharon Mosteller, Dacula, William Harry Mosteller, Jr., Oxford, GA. Joyce was born in Chillicothe, OH and resided the last 17 years in the metro Atlanta area.
