Kenneth Nelms

Mr. Kenneth Nelms, age 63 of Demorest, passed away on Sunday, October 28, 2018.

Born on July 9, 1955 in Clarkesville, Georgia, he was a son of Grover Nelms and the late Hazel Moore Nelms.  Kenneth served in the United States Marine Corps and was employed with Fieldale Farms for over 20 years.  
Kenneth was a cherished and devoted husband, father and grandfather.  He was an exceptional man, full of love and kindness.  His love is a part of who we are, and we will hold his love forever in our hearts.
In addition to his father, he is also survived by his wife of 45 years, Donna Nelms; daughters, Natalie Parker and Dr. Jennifer Nelms, DVM; grandsons, Garrett Parker, Seth Parker and Georges Kenneth Fouillet; siblings, Linda Justus, Carol Whisnant and Betty Joe Groves.

In addition to his mother, he was also preceded in death by a brother, David Nelms.

Per Kenneth’s wishes, there are no formal services planned at this time.
