Doris Ladd Simmons

Doris Ladd Simmons, 97 of Gainesville passed away Sunday October 28, 2018.

A lifelong resident of Hall County, Mrs. Simmons was retired from Goforth Electric Company and was a lifelong member of Sardis Baptist Church.

Survivors include her sister, Margaret Selmon; niece, Tami Wood; nephews, Russell Ladd, Buddy Davis, Steve Seabolt.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday October 31, 2018 in the chapel of Little & Davenport Funeral Home.  Rev. Philip McQueen will officiate.  A private family burial will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked that memorial contributions be made to Sardis Baptist Church in memory of Mrs. Simmons.
