Mr. Thomas Franklin Leopard, age 78 of Pleasant Drive, Martin passed away Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
A son of the late Ravenell and Bonnie Ruth Thomas Leopard, he was born September 19, 1940 in Franklin County having lived most of his life in Franklin and Stephens County. He was a retired truck driver and enjoyed hunting and fishing. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Louellen Ramey.
Survivors include three daughters and sons-in-law, Debbie and Dwayne Beard of Royston, Pam and Tim Dean of Cornelia and Tammy and Dan Wehunt of Royston; eleven grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren; sister, Judy Givens of Athens, Georgia.
Graveside services will be Friday, October 26, 2018. 3:30 p.m. at Stephens Memorial Gardens with The Reverend Tony Hancox officiating. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Michael Taylor, Will Fowler, Kenney Ballinger, Tanner Beck, Taylor Beck and David Wehunt.
The family will be at their respective homes and will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Friday from 2 p.m. until time to leave for the service. Online condolences can be left for the family at www.acree-davisfh.com.
Interment will follow in the Stephens Memorial Gardens with the Acree-Davis Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements for Mr. Thomas Franklin Leopard.
