Margaret “Peggy” R. Brown

Mrs. Margaret “Peggy” R. Brown, age 74, of Buford passed away Friday, October 19, 2018 at Emory University Hospital, surrounded by her family.

Funeral Mass will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, November 2, 2018 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church.  Father Eric Hill will officiate.  The family will receive friends 12:00 – 9:00 p.m., Thursday, November 1, 2018 at 3305 Pebble Ridge Lane, Buford, Georgia 30519.

Mrs. Brown was born March 22, 1944 in Valparaiso, Indiana to the late John & Margaret VanDoren..  She was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church and retired from Ten Cate Corp, where she was a receptionist. 

Mrs. Brown is survived by her husband, James Brown of Buford; children, Nick Noble of Dacula, Casey Noble of Roswell and Kristin Gipson of Atlanta; step-children, Michael Brown and Kristine Nelis; 13 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; sisters, Connie Rahe, Cindy DeSager, and Donna VanDoren; and several nieces & nephews.  She was preceded in death by her son, Fritz Noble; parents; and brother, John VanDoren.
