Cleveland Funeral Home of Cleveland, Georgia announces the death of Mrs. Carolyn Smith Moorman, age 81, of Cleveland who passed away peacefully at her home on September 28, 2018.

Mrs. Moorman was born in Johnson County on January 8, 1937 to the late James Harold Smith and the late Sally Stephens. Carolyn and her husband Wyndal have resided in White County for the last 28 years, after relocating here from Laurens County. While in Laurens County, Carolyn worked for the school system as a Lunch Room worker.

In addition to both parents, Mrs. Moorman is preceded in death by a son, Michael Moorman. In addition to her loving husband Wyndal Moorman, she is survived by a Daughter, Karen Runyan of Cleveland; Brother, Harry Smith of Dublin; Grandchildren, Anson Rountree and Caroline Shillingburg. She is also survived by 5 Great Grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 1, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.. in Westview Cemetery in Wrightsville, Georgia.
