Mary Kathleen Gibbs, age 85 of Atlanta, GA, died Tuesday, September 25, 2018 following an extended illness. Mrs. Gibbs has been cremated and a graveside service will be held Sunday, September 30, 2018 at 3:30 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens. Mary was preceded in death by her daughter, Susan Woods. She is survived by her children, Teresa Gibbs, Lawrenceville, Kathy Grantz, Lawrenceville, Johnny & Sam Gibbs, Houston, TX, Judy Hixon, Gainesville, Lorey & Leo Mendez, Lawrenceville, Chris & Lelia Gibbs, Lawrenceville; grandchildren, Jeffrey Grantz, Karl Gibbs, Josh Thompson, Kayla Heitz, Justin Gibbs, Sheena Grantz, Tiffany Stephens, Brittany & Michael Donovan, Brandy Gibbs, Bailey Gibbs, Armand Gibbs, Candy Herringdine, Racheal Gibbs, Nicholas Woods, Jordan Hixon, Jessica Hixon; great grandchildren, Bentley Heitz, Ashlynn Corby, Brayden Corby, Lilly Gibbs, Rylee; nieces, Deloris Turner, Rita Dion, Jackie Vasquez; nephews, Bobby Masters, Doug & Ann Masters, James & Shirley Bloodworth, Mike McDonald. Mrs. Gibbs was born in Boaz, AL and was a retired waitress. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren and will be missed by them all.
