James David Porter

James David Porter, age, 62, of Flowery Branch, GA, passed away Tuesday, September 25, 2018.  He was preceded in death by parents, William and Melua Porter; son, Mac David Porter; brothers, William Porter and Patrick Porter; sister, Virginia Groves.  Mr. Porter was survived by his partner of 30 years, Brenda Craft, of Flowery Branch, GA; son and daughter-in-law, Jeremy and Angie Porter, Nicholson, GA; five grandchildren, six great grandchildren; sisters, Doris Jean Evans, Wheelersburg, Ohio, Carol Sue Porter, Leesburg, Ohio, Maudie Porter, New Vienna, Ohio, Linda Raisley, Columbus, Ohio; several nieces, nephews and cousins.  Mr. Porter was born on September 18, 1956, in Portsmouth, Ohio.  He was a concrete finisher for Leon McDaniel Company.  No formal service.
