John Holt Bynum

Mr. John Holt Bynum, age 78, of Flowery Branch passed away Monday, September 17, 2018 at Northside Hospital – Forsyth, surrounded by his family.

Memorial Services will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, September 22, 2018 at Rejoice Worship Center.  Rev. Jerry Mauldin will officiate.  The family will receive friends following the service at the church.

Mr. Bynum was born October 25, 1939 to the late Joseph Hall & Evadne White Bynum in Blakely, Georgia.  He was a member of Rejoice Worship Center, a veteran of the United States Army and a retired Truck Driver.

Mr. Bynum is survived by his wife, Patricia P. Bynum of Flowery Branch; daughter & son-in-law, Regina Bynum Kilcrease & Darin Kilcrease of Pensacola, Florida; sons, Donald Piotrowski of Witchata, Kansas and Thomas Piotrowski of Temple, Georgia; daughters, Rene Gaither of Douglasville, Georgia and Kerri Brogen of Dover, Delaware; grandson & granddaughter-in-law, Alexander & Amy Salter; 13 great-grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; sisters, Martha Boyd of Albany, Georgia, JoAnne Bennett of Lake City, Georgia and June Weekley of Flowery Branch; and several nieces & nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, David Bynum and sister, Miriam Grubbs.
